I have spent many years trying to find a program that would help me lose weight but nothing helped me lose the amount of weight needed to feel good. I started Dr. Harel's weight loss program in September. It was very easy to follow and just like that the weight started to come off. I was able to lose 50 plus pounds and I feel amazing.
