Harel Chiropractic, Massage & Acupuncture is excited to welcome Tiffany Wang to our team of healthcare professionals. Tiffany joined Harel in July 2026, bringing extensive training in acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping, acupressure, and other techniques to our Hudson, Wisconsin practice.
For patients who already know the benefits of acupuncture—and those considering it for the first time—Tiffany offers a personalized approach to care designed around each patient’s individual needs and wellness goals.
Whether you’re looking for help managing pain, recovering from an injury, dealing with stress, improving sleep, or addressing other health concerns, acupuncture may be a valuable addition to your care.
Meet Tiffany Wang
Tiffany Wang is a National Board-Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM) and is licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Tiffany graduated in 2019 with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) from the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Roseville, Minnesota. She also owns Mindful Acupuncture & TCM in Minnesota.
Tiffany is passionate about acupuncture and providing patients with natural, individualized treatment options for a wide variety of conditions. Her goal is to understand each patient’s concerns and determine which techniques may be most appropriate for their needs.
Acupuncture Techniques Offered by Tiffany
One of the benefits of working with Tiffany is the variety of acupuncture and complementary techniques she provides. Depending on the patient and treatment goals, her techniques may include:
Needle Acupuncture
Traditional acupuncture involves placing very fine needles at specific points on the body. The points selected and treatment approach are individualized based on the patient’s needs.
Auricular and Scalp Acupuncture
Auricular acupuncture focuses on specific points of the ear, while scalp acupuncture targets points on the head. These techniques may be used alone or as part of a broader acupuncture treatment plan.
Electrical Stimulation Acupuncture
Electrical stimulation acupuncture, often called electroacupuncture, uses gentle electrical stimulation with acupuncture needles. Tiffany may incorporate this technique when appropriate for a patient’s particular condition and treatment goals.
Cupping, Fire Cupping and Moving Cupping
Tiffany also offers several forms of cupping therapy, including traditional cupping, fire cupping, and moving cupping. Cupping uses suction on targeted areas of the body and can be incorporated into an individualized treatment session.
Acupressure
Acupressure stimulates specific points on the body using pressure rather than needles. It may be used independently or in combination with other techniques.
What Can Acupuncture Help With?
People seek acupuncture for many different reasons. Some are dealing with ongoing pain or an injury, while others are looking for additional ways to manage stress, sleep difficulties, digestive concerns, or other wellness needs.
Tiffany works with patients experiencing a wide variety of conditions and concerns, including:
- Women’s health and fertility support
- Pain management, including neck pain, back pain, and headaches
- Weight-management support
- Stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional wellness
- Insomnia and difficulty sleeping
- Constipation, IBS, and digestive concerns
- Auto accident and work-related injuries
- Sports injuries
Because every patient is different, acupuncture treatment is individualized. Tiffany can discuss your concerns, health history, and goals to determine which techniques may be appropriate for you.
Acupuncture for Pain and Injury
Pain is one of the most common reasons people consider acupuncture.
If you’re experiencing persistent back pain, neck discomfort, headaches, a sports injury, or pain following an auto or work-related injury, acupuncture may be incorporated into your overall care plan.
Rather than treating every patient the same way, Tiffany can select acupuncture points and techniques based on where you’re experiencing discomfort and what you’re trying to accomplish through treatment.
For some Harel patients, acupuncture may also complement chiropractic care or therapeutic massage as part of a more comprehensive approach to managing discomfort and supporting recovery.
Acupuncture for Stress, Anxiety and Sleep
Physical discomfort isn’t the only reason patients seek acupuncture.
The demands of work, family, and everyday life can leave people feeling stressed and unable to fully relax. Stress can also go hand in hand with difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
Tiffany works with patients seeking support for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Acupuncture can provide another natural option to explore as part of an individualized wellness plan.
Women’s Health and Digestive Wellness
Tiffany’s areas of care also include women’s health, fertility support, and digestive concerns.
Patients may choose to discuss acupuncture as part of their approach to women’s health or when experiencing concerns such as constipation or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Your treatment will depend on your individual circumstances, which is why an initial conversation with Tiffany is an important part of developing your care plan.
New to Acupuncture? Here’s What to Expect
If you’ve never tried acupuncture before, it’s natural to have questions.
You may wonder what the needles feel like, how many you’ll need, how long a session takes, or which type of acupuncture is right for you.
Your treatment isn’t decided before you walk through the door.
Tiffany will take the time to learn about your concerns and goals before determining an appropriate approach. Depending on your needs, your care could involve traditional needle acupuncture or incorporate techniques such as electrical stimulation, auricular or scalp acupuncture, cupping, or acupressure.
It’s personalized care—not a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Chiropractic, Massage and Acupuncture Under One Roof
At Harel Chiropractic, Massage & Acupuncture, our goal is to give patients access to multiple approaches to health and wellness in one convenient Hudson location.
With Tiffany joining our team, patients have another experienced provider available to help them incorporate acupuncture into their individual care plans.

Each service approaches the body differently, allowing our team to offer patients more options based on their individual needs, comfort level, and wellness goals.
